Osage Restoration

This 1904 building was originally configured as a duplex with apartments on the upper floor and bottom floor. During the restoration, the building was completely gutted and then rebuilt including interior walls, flooring and water, heating and electrical systems. Osage is now a townhouse duplex owned by Mr. Kevin O’Connor, President of Action Restorations & Maintenance.
