Completed restoration of the Osage Project


The restoration was completed by using an Italian renaissance theme in keeping with the ancestry of the original owners. Custom potbelly iron balcony with a view of downtown Denver and Coors Field.

Cherrywood floors throughout, 10 foot ceilings, custom crown molding, and Italian tile flooring in gourmet kitchen.

 

 


Spiral stairway to second floor, exposed brick outside wall in living room/ dining area.

 


Custom Gourmet Kitchen: Granite countertops, one of a kind tiled backsplash, under cabinet lighting, plus high-end display lighting in receded glass cabinets.

Victorian bathroom with 1904 original claw foot tub, beautiful tiled floor and washer/ dryer area.


Red oak vanity.

 

 


Leaded glass front door.

 



Kitchen lighting: ceiling cans, inside display cabinet lights, task lights under cabinets.

 


Stained glass arches over doorways.

Backsplash tile mimics the mountain view from the balcony.


Cherrywood living room floor meets tiled kitchen.
